My first appt ever was scheduled for 3:30 and she didn't start working on me until 4... I was there until 8 that night and my hair still wasn't right... I wanted highlights around my face and got chunky stripes. I was thinking, aren't tiger stripes so 2002? Then I got charged $115! So I went back to get it fixed the following Saturday. She did fix it but did not offer me any refund for my time. I did not tip.

• Cons: overpriced, slow
