great service. I have ordered on numerous occasions at Sicily's and l have to say they are just great. The ladies on the phone are so polite and l like the way they double check the order at the end, making sure they have the order exactly as l want it!

Worst food - Worst customer service!. Our first visit to Sicily's and they over charged my credit card without telling me, and delivered the worst burnt pizza I've ever seen! Not to mention the over priced salad I recieved with no dressing. The only thing positive I have to say about my first time visiting Sicily's was the delivery driver - he was great! And when I called to let management know what happened they basically told me 'Oh well - there's nothing we can do about it'. DEFINATELY THE LAST TIME WE WILL EVER EAT THERE!!!!!!!
