Busywork only. Job hunters: You get an employment counselor that calls every two weeks to give you websites you already know about and no referrals. You are lured into registering with bait of free bus pass for job interviews and work then you lose your job because you couldnt get a pass before the first pay cycle. You'll never get work or stay working with their help.

Disabled Job hunters: If you ever went to Holy Communion you are assumed alcoholic and must go through alcohol assessment. You better be on fresh squeezed grape juice for life (dosn't matter how long you've been sober) before anyone with Tribal DVR will dare help you re-train, get employment, etc. Also lures with free bus pass bait.
