Shanny the service advisor has exceptional customer service skills and is always a delight to work with.
The service is thorough and records are kept on the vehicles work over time which is helpful. I find that each aspect of the service is discussed with the customer, and all questions are answered as needed which is appreciated.I worked with Shannie and I think she does an excellent job with customer service in mind.
Florida is great but we will miss the excellent service we always received by everyone there. Ed, take care of Zoey please. Ricky, you are a great guy and we always enjoyed doing business with you. Shanie, thanks for putting up with Billy and making service appointments pleasant.

Just had a faboulous experience with the service department. My car needed so much work they had it 3 days! I appreciated being told of its progress throughout and the loaner car to get me by. Breanna rocks! Much thanks to the tech too!

Personnel very professional and accommodating: I live 800 miles away, had to leave car for two weeks. Mechanic kept me appraised of progress, all work was completed on time. I was able to travel home as planned
Very nice person taking my information and preparing my bill. The shuttle to and from work is essential and that individual was very nice as well. I got to work on time both times. (I had to come back to have a part installed.) I never interacted with anyone who worked on my car so I cannot comment on the service department.
Purchased a Suzuki this summer and am really enjoying the car. The sales process is pretty easy without a lot of go-between. I've purchased six or so Mazda's from Continental so I know what to expect. I've had times where I wasn't happy with the Service department but they've really put a lot of effort into improving the experience. No one likes unexpected repairs but Ed and Shayne make the process more tolerable by keeping customers in the know. The prices are in-line with other places. I really like the service department remodel... much easier to get into and out of!
