Great Service and Friendly Staff. For quite some time I have wanted to pursue cosmetic resurfacing to alleviate scars of acne past. I was skeptical and hesitant about the cost and procedures available for treatment. Upon visiting Solara, their staff was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable while their services were much more reasonable than I had expected. Initially I was nervous about the pain accompanying the procedure, but staff explained everything I needed to know in great detail and were very accommodating.

I would definetly recommend Solara to anyone looking for non-surgical cosmetic procedures for a decent price and competent staff.

Favorite Place of Beauty. I've been a Solara client for years now & just have to say that if you are looking for non-surgical cosmetic procedures you need look no further than Solara. Staff is delightful, & once you are a "regular" client the specials just keep coming. Their location at the University Center makes for easy, free parking.

A+++++++++++++++ Service. I have always been very happy with the services I have recieved from the staff at Solara. Probably one of my favorite services that they offer is Botox. I have to admit that I was a little skeptical about getting it done before my appointment but the staff is very professional and explains the procedures in detail ahead of time. I couldn't believe the results that I got! I felt like I looked years younger for just a quick 15 minute appointment. Worth every penny.

The estheticians are amazing. My favorite is Angie:) She always recommends new treatments and products and I am always a very happy customer when I visit her.

I recently had a tattoo removal done too. I am on my second treatment and am impressed with how little scarring there is and how much lighter the tattoo is now. Eileen is the best!

The front desk staff is also very friendly and helpful when I am calling to make my appointments. I would definently reccomend Solara to all my friends and family. :)

look sexy in your bikini!. I came to Solara for their laser hair removal. Their services really work, I got the brasilian done and I have seen amazing results. Eileen, their LPN is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their Prices are very reasonable too. This is a Center I definitely recommend to all my friends

I love my treatment. I am so impressed with Velashape. I have lost all the fat on my rear end. It looks 20 years younger. I saw the results with the first treatment and I still have one more to go. The staff is professional and caring. My consultation was very informative and truthful. I would recommend the Salon and I intend to have other treatments with them.

Don't wait like I did, just do it!. My experience at Solara has been absolutely wonderful from the beginning. I've recently completed 2 of 5 sessions for IPL hair removal, full legs and underarms. I've been struggling with dark, coarse (porcupine like) hairs on my legs since I was an early teenager. It has been so bad I would not let my husband touch my legs or allow myself to wear shorts/skirt w/o tights and swimming (no way).

Just on the first treatment alone I instantly noticed a huge difference. The hairs were growing back much, much slower than usual. I would say I've already noticed about a 30-40% reduction. Just last night, I told my husband he could touch my legs. :) NO SPIKES, woohoo! and I havent even shaved in 2 days. Normally I have to shave everyday no matter what.

So, if you want amazing results and excellent customer service then do yourself a favor and check out Solara for whatever your needs maybe. I wish I didnt wait as long as I did. I could've used this years ago.

last review obviously a hoax. Hi I am the one of the owners of solara and in regards to the review last posted I would like to state that obviously this is just one business trying to ruin anothers. We play fair unfortunately other business's in town like to talk bad and spread untrue rumors about the competetion to benefit themselves. Here are the facts: Autumn hasn't worked here in over 2.5 years, there is always an owner present at all times when the business is open and people who don't get results off of one of the treatments with lasers, whether it be with hair or wrinkles or cellulite reduction are very few. For those few we bend over backwards to get them results. Sometimes people come in with false expectations hoping that we can do magic, we don't claim to do magic, just offer a service to help people look their best at an affordable price. I have checked all of our prices against the lower 48 states and we are cheaper on every treatment. That NEVER happens in alaska, and you can see by reading other reviews what our place is like.

rip off in Anchorage. Autumn the facialist waters down skin care treatments and gives the worst facials. I signed up for 4 laser treatments and only got 3, get everything in writing. The co-owner will say anything to get your money but not in writing. I had 2 of my 4 treatments by Eileen who was training she did a mediocore job. The 3rd treatment person was better but I got ripped off. They refused my fourth paid for treatment stating that they were more experienced now and they charged me too little. Disappointed will never go there again for anything.

Exceptional service, pain-free procedure, staff discrete and professional. Exceptional service. I am so glad I did this and highly recommend the bikini/extended bikini to anyone considering it. Eileen was so professional and really went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and completely satisfied with the results. The procedure was pain-free and so worth every penny...no more waxing, shaving or bumps from an old razor. The staff is discrete and professional. Just recommend you make your appointment well in advance.

Isolaze. I have had the best of care here. I am always treated with respect and care. I love the Isolaze treatments. My skin has improved dramatically. The staff are very knowledgeable in every aspect of skin care. The sell a great line of products and only use the best for you on your skin. This is a place you should visit often for all of your cosmetic needs.
