AVOID. Went into Starbucks in Carrs mall off Abbott and 88th. There was a lady infront of me so i waited in line with my daughter. We sat there for a few minutes. It was quiet so i peeked my head all around wondering where this lady was. Then i heard her behind the coffee machine. So i patiently waited as she was busy... Moments later another customer came up and out of the blue another lady comes up to her and says can I help you? I mean right away.. Im like what the heck? Ive been standing here waiting patiently to be helped! So the lady gets her coffee and i take one step towards and this lady was quite rude behind the machines. She said in a very mean and angry tone that I had to go back to where I was standing and order there. I seriously felt like she was scolding a 2 year old. Thats how mean she was. Now I was standing there earlier.. But for some reason i wasnt good enough for them to ask for my order... So i sat my purse up on the shelf to get my keys as my hands was full of grocerys and then walk away with my daughter. Nobody was behind me and it wasnt busy...I was very disguisted of the way i was getting treated. She then rudely again said you have to go over there. I said i would of but i was cut inline..Then she rudely said Ill just make your coffee and you can pay for it. I was so angry by now i about walked off. But I knew husband needed a cup of joe. She was rude to me again. Then i went up to the register where i was standing by in the first place. I was so diguisted by this service. LAST TIME I WILL EVER VISIT A STARBUCKS AGAIN!!!
