DO NOT GO THERE!. the amount of money u pay for to this kind of food at this place is a waste. DO NOT GO THERE. horrible. old food that has been out for hours. they don't bring out fresh food at all. why? cost them money. they are greedy. u ask for a piece lemon to squeeze on ur fish, they say "sorry, cost us money". wtf? poor customer service. they won't even allow u to look at what they have because they are afraid u will eat next door (a chinese restaurant) instead of theirs ( korean folks who are wanna be's , serving supposely japanese food ).

Never will i go again. We went there tonight and there were no crab legs on the buffet. Upon asking about them I was told they would be out soon. I dont go to eat the nasty food that they make other than crab. It is an all you can eat SEAFOOD buffet correct? I was told after eating ten legs that came out of the kitchen that it was to expensive for them to keep bringing out them and that i had to eat something else. I was not the only one there that had an issue with them. Another couple there was having the same problem. So if they want to be that way i say boycott them. Maybe they will get the point when they lose enough business. Wake up people there is much better places to eat

customer service. I've been going there for a few years now. It was better back then because they had bigger variety of sushi then. Def. slacking now..

Another annoying thing-poor customer service. My green tea-i have to ask them for refills now, and they used to just refill it before.

They hurry you out of there by bringing the check too soon (i do not eat a lot, but i like talking to my friend. i guess it is supposed to be a fast-food environment)

What Customer Service ?. The food is ok but nothing special, but the attitude of the host ( at paying desk) need improve. After lunch she took my AMEX but not too happy. she act like i am there to beg for her food, no thank you , smile, nothing... I have to thanks her after I paid :-). These people sure don't know what customer service is. In this economy, there are too many restaurants out there competing for business. If you have bad attitude toward your customer, you are done especially with review and widely use of Internet.

What is the price?. Every time when I go there on dinner alone I pay $13, but when I go with my friends I pay from $16-19 for the buffet. Why? I tried to ask them, but every time they were saying different ****. If you ask them what is the price for ?Saporo? beer, they will tell you $7, if you don?t ask it cost $8.5!

Sushi Buffett. This is one of the few places in Anchorage to serve a sushi buffet. The food is always good and they keep it fresh. New items come out often. They also have hot dishes such a tempura or noodles. The price is right too making this a very good deal.
