I've been going there for a few years now. It was better back then because they had bigger variety of sushi then. Def. slacking now..
Another annoying thing-poor customer service. My green tea-i have to ask them for refills now, and they used to just refill it before.
They hurry you out of there by bringing the check too soon (i do not eat a lot, but i like talking to my friend. i guess it is supposed to be a fast-food environment)
- Pros: good sushi
- Cons: bad service
What Customer Service ?

The food is ok but nothing special, but the attitude of the host ( at paying desk) need improve. After lunch she took my AMEX but not too happy. she act like i am there to beg for her food, no thank you , smile, nothing... I have to thanks her after I paid :-). These people sure don't know what customer service is. In this economy, there are too many restaurants out there competing for business. If you have bad attitude toward your customer, you are done especially with review and widely use of Internet.
- Pros: food is average nothing stand out
- Cons: the woman at the front desk had bad attitude
What is the price?

Every time when I go there on dinner alone I pay $13, but when I go with my friends I pay from $16-19 for the buffet. Why? I tried to ask them, but every time they were saying different ****. If you ask them what is the price for ?Saporo? beer, they will tell you $7, if you don?t ask it cost $8.5!
