absolutely no issues with Frank and his crew. Always fair and not out to rip you off. I don't know how he deals with some of the people that he is forced to work with but has been a great shop to deal with.
You would think over the holidays people would be somewhat polite and professional. This was not the case. Worst please I have EVER taken my vehicle to. I will never be back. The owner needs to have a serious talk with his employees.
I just picked up my truck from JFK auto after receiving repairs. Whenever a job is too big to be done at home I bring it to Frank and his crew. They tell me exactly what needs service and show me where or what the issue is. I see a lot of people who get upset about the price of repairs and leave nasty comments, vehicles are expensive, JFK has very fair and competitive labor costs and if you don't like paying the price of labor I suggest you learn how to do the work yourself. The cost of parts does not benefit Frank's business. The hourly charge for labor must cover his overhead (mechanics wages, insurance, bills to run his shop) and at the end of the day he still needs to make a profit.
OUR APOLOGIES. Unfortunately we cannot make everyone happy, we do impounds for the police departments, which we happen to get quite a few disgruntal customers when they have to pay to get their vehicle out of impound. We strive to make everyone of our customers happy and provide the best service. We have had over 500 customers this year not including repeat ones, so we must be doing something right. If you have any problems or concerns please contact us and we will strive to do our best to satisfy you.
you would think that with the technology of internet now a days that I would come on here to check out every business rating before I receive any type of service. I can now see why this company has such a low rating. Very poor service overall, and very immature on how they handled my situation. Beware!
Never again. This business is absolutely atrocious. Horrible service X100!

I wish I wouldn't have went there. I read the review and saw that there were a few good ones on there so I decided to give them a chance. VERY unprofessional. The front dest lady kept rolling her eyes and did not seem to know very much about what was going on. BAD ATTITUDE!!! Then to make mattes worse I was talking with another "employee" that was also very unprofessional.... to my dismay he was the owner!!! To say the least listen to reviews.... don't give the benefit of the doubt.

I would like to add that I have not posted yet about your company. I (like you) have a business and understand the importance of your business name and what you stand for especially in such a small community. They say statistically someone un-happy with a business/service will spread the word 10x more than a person that has a great experience. I (having many great relationships with local business men and women in the community) found many others that have been unhappy with your service and explained they should write about it so the mass public makes a good decision before they choose a mechanic/tow shop. So that is where these 1 star posts are coming from.........
I must say in my own experience with you I felt like I was treated very wrongly. I did call you, and you hung up on me. I also came into your shop, and you walked in back, then your employee decided to tell me (after I saw you walk in back) that you went home sick for the day) because I believe you didn't want to work with me. Then you called my fiance to tell me you did not want to work with me............Frank that is okay if you don't want to work with me but just like you are asking people to confront you, I am asking you to confront me and tell me to my face what i did wrong. As I told you over the phone, I did report to the BBB (then you hung up on me)
To make this go away........I would like an in person apology (I will apologize for any of my wrong doings, i'm not saying im perfect) and I would like a refund of my money please. My phone number is on the receipt.
Lastly I appreciate your online apology, and can only come from curiosity that I caught you on a bad day when all this went down (we all have them). I hope we can come to amends and just know i'll do everything in my power to make this right............will you?
JFK should no longer be in business.
the last two positive posts (just like stated below) are fake. They posted on the exact same date and time.
THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD! They won't stick to their word. They tell you one thing, rack the bill up and charge you more. $659 more to be exact!!!! It is very apparent that they are hurting for money and will do anything possible for business.
Beware if doing any business with JFK.
