i was devastated, as my hair was ruined from another hairdresser. i went to the beehive adn they did such a miracle on my hair that i CRIED at the front desk as i paid and tipped the hairdresser $50.
go to the BEEHIVE. if someone messed your hair,
GO TO THE BEEHIVE!!

Great Prices, atmosphere, and fantastic staff!

This great salon has a fun flare that is apparent from the moment you pull into the parking lot. When I get my hair done it is a rare moment of 'me time'. The fact that this place has such a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, from decor to staff, makes it leaps and bounds beyond the competition. And on top of that, their prices are reasonable like icing on the proverbial perfect cake.

Wish I Could Work There

I witnessed a difficult client giving her stylist a hard time while I was having a wonderfull cut and color. The woman was obviously trying to get a deal and rip off the sweet little stylist who did her hair. While the client was loud and obnoxious, the owner came over to support her employee. She spoke calmly and politely and did all she could to satify the client who seemed only wanting to get a cheaper price. How wonderfull to witness a mature boss who supports their staff even when dealing with difficult clients. It is rare these days to see this level of team work. Five stars, cannot wait to go again, I know now that with so much fun stuff happening, when the occasional idiot wanders in, the staff can handle it with maturity and grace.

Worst customer service ever

This salon is responsible for some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. A friend and I went in for a new treatment we had heard about. When I made the appointment, I specifically asked if there was a difference in price for long hair. I was told the price was $100.00 no matter what length. We went in excited. When we got there, we were taken to different floors and given different treatments without our knowledge. Then, with completely different results, they charged her $50.00 more than the agreed upon price. The stylist never informed her that due to the length of her hair she would be charged more. It was sprung on us at the register. So, a few days later, when it was clear that the treatment she had received had not worked at all, she called back and explained it all to the owner. The owner told her that she could come back free of charge and have the proper treatment done and that she would refund her the extra $50.00. We went back, it was done again (by the way, the treatment still did not deliver as promised) and went to the front desk for the refund. The owner then informed us she did not give cash refunds and due to the length of the treated hair she would only give us a $25.00 credit. The whole thing was a complete bait and switch. I would not trust the people at this salon.

Love it!

I go to the Beehive and love it! My hairstylist is great, and they are flexible as far as appointment times. Plus, they are reasonably priced, which is odd nowadays, especially with all the attention the shop has gotten recently due to their clientele.
- Pros: Great staff!
- Cons: Building could use an upgrade.
