Customer Service?. They offer nice sounding packages, but only until something goes wrong. If you need anything beyond basic customer service good luck getting it.

GCI. An excellent choice for cable tv and internet. They are to speed with lower 48 companies when it comes to packages and services. The internet connection is very fast. Customer service is very responsive.
