This hotel is a must stay for anyone
that is vacationing in Wasilla!! We just checked out and I am missing it already. I woke up every morning to a deck attached to my room that overlooked a beautiful picturesque lake. The trees lined the outside of the lake and after looking straight up there were snow capped mountains and clear blue skies. It looked more beautiful than any painter could have painted. Go see for yourself. The rates are extremely affordable, breakfast is exceptional!! The very nice gentleman serving breakfast made our trip, he suggested places to see and eat in the area and all of his suggestions were perfect for us. The entire staff was kind and helpful....cant wait until we can come back and stay again!!!

Last Resort in Anchorage.
What a lovely place! First off, it does not look like your typical Hotel, but more like a lodge. It's built on a lake with a great view if your room is on that side. Food is pretty standard fare, not complaints. The staff especially the manager are great. Internet access, OK furnishings, more TV channels than you'll watch. The train goes by.
