I just had the absolute worst consumer
experience ever. I ordered flowers for my mom for Mothers Day from Flowers By Louise in Palmer Alaska. The flowers were not delivered on the day before mothers day, no call was made and no note was left on the door. Then on Mothers Day she was called and told she had a few hours to come pick them up, since she was at work she didn't get the call. Then when she finally talked to a person on Monday two days after they were supposed to have been delivered she said don't worry about it she didn't want to have to come get old flowers, she was then assured that they would make her a new bouquet and deliver the flowers. So wilting flowers showed up she took them back to Flowers by Louise, the sales associate said they weren't dying and was rude about it to my mother, but would refund my money. Then when I spoke to the sales associate on the phone she said they would refund about 75%, I told her I was very disappointed in the overall experience and felt that it had made for a very bad Mothers Day. THEN when I talked to the manager today I was accused of calling the sales associate a C*&%. I can not believe this. I repeat the WORST experience ever!!!!!
