They have terrible customer service. I
had to call THREE TIMES for them to finally answer...Yet once answered, no "Hello" or anything. A simple "What do you want" was what I was greeted with on the phone. Thank you blockbuster for letting me realize not to go to your store anymore, i'm sticking with On Demand. Just pathetic.
