Devious Business Practice.
One of Riggs Towing & Recovery’s tow-truck driven by Michael Spruill drove his left front wheel into my truck at the intersection of Lake Otis & Dowling while at a full stop light on January 26th,
2012 with my two children in my vehicle. When we pulled over to the side-road, Michael Spruill came out and apologized saying, “I’m sorry for the accident.”
When I filed for a damage claim along with photos and repair estimate to their insurance company, National Interstate of Hawaii, Riggs Towing & Recovery’s story changed to where I swirled into the tow truck. That is 100% lie! If this is how Riggs Towing & Recovery operate their business and treat their potential customers in this city, I surely do not recommend this business to anyone.
Meanwhile with scientific evidence and witnesses, I shall seek every legal means to recover the damage Michael Spruill of Riggs Towing & Recovery has caused, and expose your devious business practice to the community of Anchorage, Alaska.…
