Pros: Accepts a small pet....unless it's a puppy

Has a hill, whoo hoo

Some units have a mountain view

Close access to most things in town

Cons: Inconsiderate staff

Steep prices

No after school program although heavily advertised

Unsattisfactory resolution or no resolution of tenant complaints

Continuous rent increases without improvement to property....I lie....they did paint the speed bumps a couple of years ago.

Narcotics, noise and abuse complaints are not dealt with properly and unfortunatly the victim, i.e. neighbor who has to deal with this tends to move through necessity, if they can afford to.

Graffitti is still visible after several years with no attempt to remove it

Frequent visits to the neighborhood by the police

Problem with this place, it's income qualified, so you sign your lease for a year....make more money than you needed to to be approved and when it's too late you then realise you make too little to live elsewhere. Another issue with this place, alot of the time because you are low income, they treat you like low class. Alot of people here are single parents who have come from a bad situation, then you have the disabled, doesn't mean they should be treated any worse than anyone else.

Used to be a plesant place to live, now it's gone so downhill I wouldn't reccommend it to my worst enemy.
