Rude, ignorant staff and poor selection.. I went into Boot Country looking for a good pair of boots, the guy working acted like he didn't want to help me. I finaly got him to help, He knew NOTHING about the boots, I only buy a pair of boots once every few years, but even still I knew far more about boots than him.

I kept asking questions, he could not answer even one question, so he resorted to insulting me. He said that they had boots, but "not in the same price range" as I wanted, he said this with a smirk, as if I couldn't afford to buy those boots.

The boots I wanted are in the $300 "price range" wich had they had them I was more than ready to buy.

He then called the owner out of the back, she was even worse. She acted rude and uninterested.

In the end I walked out with out the boots I realy wanted, a nice pair of Danner boots for my hikes this summer, and a bad taste in my mouth. I will never shop there again and if I could would rate them a zero stars.

In fact, I'll just say it, NEVER SHOP THERE!!!

There are better ways to buy boots, like the internet.

There is a better selection, and no one insults you.

Rude Staff, Shoddy Work. I took in a new pair of shoes to have soles installed and was quoted one price. When I got them back they were only half done and was told that it would be nearly double the price to have the heels done. When I returned to pick them up (again) I was told yet an even higher price.

The manager, Linda was the one who dealt with my order the second time around. She was rude, profane, and unprofessional about the whole transaction. It was no wonder they appear to not get much business.

I will never return and would not recommend them to anyone. They are a bad act, dishonest, and the work done is shoddy for the price I paid.

Wonderful Quality. Wonderful service. They give you personalized attention to help find the best fitting pair of shoes. Would recommend to anyone.
