AWESOME FOOD AND SERVICE!!. Great atmosphere, frielndly family owned little Mexican hangout. We love this place, and find it just plain fradulent for anyone to leave anything but the best reviews. Try it for yourself, you will love what has become my regular spot for my families dinner night out.

Worst Customer Service Ever!. We have eaten in the restuarant and bar a few times as well as ordered for pick up. Not one time have I ever considered the customer service great but it is close to our home and the food is decent so we have continued to go. Tonight was our last time. Honestly, I was treated so poorly I practically left in tears. I will NEVER step foot in that place again. We ordered fajitas for two to go. My husband picked it up and when he got home we found the order had no tortilla shells! Not sure how we are supposed to eat fajitas with no shells. Also, the menu lists this item at $21.95 but when he paid they charged him $24.95. I called and said I was on my way back to the restuarant to pick up the shells and hopefully to get a partial refund since they over charged us AND gave us an incomplete order. When I got there, no one knew anything. I was forced to stand awkwardly in the entrance while three different people came up and grilled my about what I needed. Finally a manager brought me a bag of shells and said "here are your extra shells"! I said, "no, these aren't extra, there was none in our bag." I asked again for a partial refund due to the apparent overcharge and for the hassle of having to drive back. He told me that he was SURE that the kitchen put the shells in the bag and I must have dropped them on the way home! Are you kidding me?? I was so offended that I left the shells there and walked out. With tip that cost $30 for nothing. Save yourself the hassle, go to LAS MARGARITAS which is in the same strip mall as Gallos. They cost a bit more but they're customer service is amazing!!!!

Fraudulent charges and crappy service abound!. Since you are required to give a rating - I gave it a one star - but really doesn't even deserve that high of a rating...

My son and I went with several friends and during the time we were there - we had to ask for water 5 times before any was brought to us. The waitress repeatedly ignored our table so she could flirt with the table of cute guys.

When it came time to pay the bill - we split it - most folks payed cash, while myself and one other friend payed by card. The waitress charged my portion to my card, and then in a separate transaction, charged the amount that she was given in cash!! Over $100!!! I tried to think that maybe it was a mistake - but when I called Gallos, the man that answered the phone was horribly rude. I started out politely asking for the manager and he said he wasn

Good people, good food. The people are friendly. A staff that seems to care about the customer. The food is seems to be authentic. Great margaritas.

kurt tornberg. Gallos is a good restaurant but the have a commercial type air about them. Their food is great, the interior of the place is to high tech. Service is good but average, some times hard to hale a waitress down if you need something. It is still a good place to eat.
