No way you can call this a day spa....they may do great cuts/color...but they should stick to that! Horrible massage, mani/pedi and charge as much as a high end day spa...which they obviously are NOT!!

My favorite salon. I've been going to Deann for several years and she has always been amazing. Then when she found out I was getting married she researched pictures for long hair and sent them to me. She did my hair for my wedding and my hair was gorgeous!! It was a pretty involves hairstyle and she rocked it! She has great prices and a wonderful personality. I would recommend her to anybody:)

DeAnn's the best!. DeAnn's great! There may be some haters who try to put a hard-working woman down, but half-price dye-perms? $10.00 clipper cuts(excluding tip?) Seriously. If you want to over-pay go somewhere else! Really. She has the fairest priced hair-services in Anchorage. Probably all of Alaska.

Thanks Tres Chic. I took my 5 kids to Tres Chic Yesturday, we were going to a Family Function, They put a lot of time & effort to make my Babies look great, Even though the Salon was busy, i appriciated it so much , Then the Owner gave me a discount saying she to is a single Mom & knows it a tough Road, Soooo Thank You again, we will be back.

Full Day Spa Experience. We Did My Daughter Wedding Party Here, We were treated Great, Had Eyelash Extentions, Air Brush Tans, Up-Do's & Make- Up EVERYONE has so Happy With The Results, We will be back !!!!!!!!!!

nightmare on lake otis.
When I went there to get my hair colored with a coupon, they fed a SNAKE a live
animal (against code) After I was done, I tried to use a coupon, which I called ahead of time to ask if it was still valid and they did not accept it and charged me twice as much. Then they did not have a credit card machine. And then, they proceeded to cuss me out LITERALLY (the owner as well) about the coupon and not having cash. So they literally STALKED me to the nearest ATM at a gas station where I took out the money.
This should be a crime.
Please, note that they have been open a year, and haircuts are still advertised to be $10 and still adv. their "grand opening"
plus, all the women seem like 35 year olds who lost their way, got pregnant, smoke and dropped out of high school......
yuck.

LOVE IT, reasonably priced, good service.. De Ann is amazing. She did a -GREAT- job on my hair... and charged me a very reasonable price.. I got my hair cut, highlighted, and styled for only $65. I would have paid a lot more than that! I like her because she does not bsh*t and does not take bsh*t. So what if she "cusses" a lot... -She's real- and she's dedicated. it's the only place i'll go.

Poor Businesses needs to be shut down. DeAnn is a drag queen gone wrong, she is a fraud and she uses her teenage kids to do manicures without license, she puts bleech is girls hairs and leaves the shop and have the person with high bleech under a dryer sitting there un-supervised, she leaves teenagers in charge while she goes out and gets pet iguana food, isnt that nice to know that her pets comes before her paying customers, she never leaves cash in the drawer she stuffs it in her bra and when a paying customer goes to cash out she flashes the money like business is booming in New York, so seriously she's the biggest rip off she thrives on the general community there, they think her services are high class as she states in her brochures but that is all front, she uses her son as a show and tell there on how to do manicures and she uses her sons gf as a worker who's obviously under age to be there. Shut it down, report her in, I cannot believe I even paid her for her sons terrible manicure. She should be paying me for tolerating it for 30 mins. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!! Drag queen gone BAD!

Avoid it entirely. Really dissatisfying place. Used to be great a while ago, but has gone downhill since. I recommend finding something else.
