Had a pretty good experience. Went in and bought 4 new tires, though the wait for someone to help was quite long but quickly made up for it when they took my car right in and had the new tires on in less than an hour. My only complaint is the mechanics need to wear gloves when they are inside someones car, they left greased hand print stains all over the place in my vehicle.

It wasn't that bad. The wait to get my tires changed over was longer than they estimated and I saw the car sitting around for quite awhile after they moved it into the shop before they did anything to it, but the prices were reasonable and they had several discounts/rebates on many different types of tires.

DONT DO BUSINESS W/ THIS COMPANY. Bought an appliance from them. It broke while under warranty. They scheduled someone to come out, but couldnt get anyone out for 2 weeks. Then he shows up 2 hours late, and says that they didnt schedule him properly and that he will have to come back with a 2nd tech in another 2 weeks at the soonest. After waiting on hold for 25 minutes, then being transfered 3 times, I got no where other than realizing that Sears customer service is terrible, and their tech / warranty dept. is useless. Oh, and the simple fact that I will NEVER do business with Sears again. I really mean never. So redicilous...

Sears Auto Center BROKE MY CAR. I brought my vehicle in to have the tires changed and mysteriously now the engine light is on. They obviously broke something and did NOT own up to it. They admitted that something was broken and that it was specifically related to the tires but that it was broken before I took it in. Are you joking?! It is a brand new vehicle and I think I would've noticed if the engine light was on. THEY NEED TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR SHOTTY work. They made a mistake and are too ashamed or cowardly to admit and just fix it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They are extremely dishonest and disrespectful.
