Worth Waiting For!

Snow City has the best breakfasts in town. You can't go wrong with any of their egg dishes or the stuffed french toast. Lunch is also consistently delicious.

The wait is long. It's worth waiting for... but, especially when the weather is foul, CALL AHEAD. You'll get on the list and won't have to wait in the lobby... you can wait at home.

Again, I apologize for yet another mistake. I did take your order, made sure that it was entered correctly and asked to be called when the order was ready so we could double check it. This last part did not happen and the food expediter was spoken to. He was very apologetic about forgetting your toast.

To be honest, we are at a loss as to why mistakes seem to happen routinely with your orders. Perhaps it would be best for (YOUR COMPANY) to take a break from us because frankly it's getting really hard to have these conversations. Our systems are sound and our staff is strong. As you well know, we are not perfect. We try to correct our mistakes promptly and offer refunds when necessary.

You are so frustrated with us that your microscope is getting a little too hard to bear. We appreciate your business and hope that you will find better service somewhere else. (MY MICROSCOPE IS TOO HARD TO BEAR???? COMPLAINING B/C ITEMS ARE MISSING CONTINUOUSLY, OR WHOLE ORDERS ARE FORGOTTEN IS TOO MUCH TO BEAR) . HI, I spend my hard earned money on YOUR business, NOT the other way around). SUCK it SNOW CITY!!!!

everything is so wonderful!

snow city cafe is the best breakfast in town! from the wonderful owner to the rockin staff! I especially appreciate the humor and attentiveness of their lead server melissa. she is my favorite! this place is a must,if you want some good eatin for breakfast. the reindeer sausage is excellent. if they have the reindeer reuben for a special. definatly get it!

Great service and great food!

I love this place and it is a definite "don't miss" when visiting Anchorage. The food is excellent and the servers are friendly and helpful. A favorite with locals, it is a good place to get information about the city.
