I Was Disappointed. I was offput by the arrogant, adolescent staff. And they're advertising under lessons but offer none. I found the customer service altogether disappointing.

the staff is incompetant and condescending. i recently bought an exquisite ovation adamas millenium at mammoth....it was filthy, had 6 year old strings on it and nobody knew or cared where the original case, warranty, or owners guide were. this is a $3700 guitar ..3 different clerks…

What a cool place!. This was the only store in town that had the bass guitar that my husband wanted. Not only that, it was on sale, and we got a military discount. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and they can help you out with music lessons if needed.…
