The amazing thing is, I had an oil change and a summer tire changeover, and the cost was $138. A local tire dealer charges me $150 just for the season tire changeover, claiming that the 20'' wheels and sensors on my Taurus SHO warrant that price. I have always taken my cars to Worthington for normal service but didn't realize until now they did tire changeovers. They are always super!

I recently moved up here and heard NOTHING good about Cal Worthington! BUT...I don't agree with the things I've heard. I had an Emergency fix, and could only make it there. They took really good care of my husband and I. The wait was a little longer than hoped, but they kept us informed, which made it better. While there we were able to meet the Service Manager, Terry Werner. He was very pleasant. In our talk he had mentioned that he is in process of 'cleaning the place up'. I must say, whatever he is doing must be working. I would definitely recommend this place to others, and will be going back for any other work needed while living here. Thank you Cal Worthington.

I am writing you in regards to Jeff Frias, who was my service consultant. I took my Ford F150 to have it diagnosed and serviced. During my stay there, Jeff did an excellent job. I was there from 7am to about 3pm. He kept me informed, consulted me and was above board in his professional approach to customer service. Additionally he informed me of a few recalls and took care of those as well. While waiting in your comfortable waiting room, I witnessed Jeff working with several other customers. Jeff handled this with an exemplary fashion. Cal Worthington's service department should be glad to have employees like Jeff...he is a Class Act! Please pass along my accolades to Jeff and my appreciate for his customer service.
