Love this place!. The Bear Tooth has amazing food and drinks. It's great to kick back and watch an inexpensive movie while enjoying great food!

Best place to eat and watch a movie!!. Bear Tooth Theatre (owned by Mooses Tooth Pizza) is a very cozy theatre in which every other row has been taken out and tables for dining installed.

Don't go here expecting "first run" movies -- the bonus in waiting to see movies after they've been out for a few months, is that at Bear Tooth they only cost $3.00 to see them. :o) Not to mention the food!!

And about that food... wow. They serve incredibly fresh fish tacos with on fresh corn tortillas, guacamoli, shredded lettuce, cilantro, salsa.. etc. An order of tacos (unless you REALLY eat a lot) is ample!!

If you like Mooses Tooth Pizza (and who in Anchorage doesn't?) you'll be pleased to find the same awesome pizza at Bears Tooth.

You'll find many of the same ales as Mooses Tooth serves, but if you want a great non-alcoholic drink.. try their incredible rootbeer on tap. ~~YUM~~

For locals ~ if you sign up for Bear Tooth's monthly movie e-mail, you'll be able to see what movies are coming.. and will be able to get tickets before the crowds ;o)! They also alert you of upcoming concerts and other fun events!

Gotta LOVE Bear Tooth Theatre!!!

Really consistant. The theater and the pub side are GREAT. pretty laid-back, reasonably priced, and delicious. The grill side has been absolutely awful every time I've eaten there. The last time, the servers over there are really nice though. But no amount of nice can make up for food that bad. (The last time I was there I ordered tamales and they were small, crusty, and dry. the beans and rice that they were served with were flavorless and runny/mushy)

Thankfully the pub area is just across the building, and they have healthy, delicious, well balanced, and filling meals! And at reasonable prices too!
